First Aid
We always have trained first aid staff available in the event of an accident or incident. Just ask the nearest member of staff or a member of Security for immediate assistance.
Fire Safety
In the event of a fire emergency, a siren alarm will sound and will be accompanied by a loudspeaker announcement stating that fire evacuation is in process, and everyone must leave the event area. Fire exits are clearly marked, and there are adequate fire marshals on-site to ensure everyone leaves the building safely and indicates the location of the fire assembly points. Please do not attempt to leave the site during an emergency evacuation as this may hinder emergency services from gaining access to the site.
After leaving the building during a fire emergency, please remain at the fire assembly points to account for all participants' safety and ensure they leave the building safely. Never attempt to re-enter the building until the 'All Clear' has been given.
